2026 – 2027 Missouri AmeriCorps Planning Grant Funding Opportunity
This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is for applicants in the state of Missouri interested in a six-month planning period to develop an AmeriCorps Missouri program. From January to June 2027, selected organizations will have the opportunity to utilize the planning grant to be better prepared to compete for an AmeriCorps program grant in the subsequent grant cycle (2027-2028).
The Notice of Intent to apply is due by August 14, 5 PM (CST). A technical assistance call will be available to those who submit a NOI and will be shared via email. the deadline to submit the final application and additional materials is September 25, 2026 at 5 PM (CST).

America 250 Mini-Grant Funding Opportunity
Applications for this grant cycle have now closed.
In partnership with 9/11 Day, Show-Me America 250, and MU Extension, ServMO is instituting the America 250 Mini Grants in celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary! Organizations have been invited to submit applications in support of meaningful, community-driven service projects in the month of September 2026.
Mini-grants of up to $3,000 will be available to fund projects taking place on or around 9/11 Day of Service and/or Missouri Good Neighbor Week, September 28-October 4, 2026.
AmeriCorps State & National Funding Opportunity
Please find the FY2026-27 Missouri AmeriCorps NOFO below along with the necessary supplemental guidance. To be eligible for review, all applicants must submit their Notice of Intent by February 11 at 5PM. The deadline to submit an application is February 20 at 5PM. Any applications submitted after the deadline will not be deemed eligible.
